You will book in for a consultation where we will talk through your goals, fitness history and any concern.. Then we go through what approach would work best for you and fill out a PAR-Q (preparation readiness questionnaire) and a client agreement.

No. You can start from any fitness level. Your plan will be built around where you are now.

Comfortable clothing, water and a positive mindset. Everything else will be guided for you.

Most clients train 2 to 3 times a week, but your schedule will be shaped around your lifestyle.

Yes. Online coaching includes clear instructions, video demonstrations, form checks and regular support. Can also include in 1-1 personal training sessions which will be an additional charge.

Not always. Home based plans can be created if you do not have gym access. If you do not have a membership that is fine – you can still come in with me for personal training sessions without a membership.

Each person is different, but most clients notice improvements in strength, energy and confidence within a few weeks.

Yes. If you are doing online coaching you will get a full nutrition plan to follow, as well as explanations as to why I’m making certain decisions. If attending Personal Training sessions, I will provide you with guidance on nutrition.

You’ll be asked about any injuries or limitations so sessions can be adapted safely. Clinical injury rehab should be guided by a medical professional.

Yes. A hybrid approach can be arranged if you want both flexibility and face to face coaching.

You will agree a package or number of sessions in advance. Payments are usually made each month depending on the number of monthly sessions booked. Online coaching is paid separately to in-person, one to one PT sessions. THIS IS NOT A DIRECT DEBIT.

A notice period of 24 hours is required so the session can be rescheduled. If cancelled less then 24 hours before, you may be charged depending on the circumstance.

Yes. These focus on training, sustainable habits and long-term progress, while changing your lifestyle/diet to help you lose weight.
